Lloydminster Fire Department responded to reports of a fire at the old Nelson Lumber Yard early in the evening of Sept. 6.
According to Fire Chief Aaron Buckingham the call came in at 7:38 p.m..
"When crews arrived on scene, they found light smoke coming from the trailer in the corner of the yard," said Buckingham. "Crews were able to do a quick knock down."
There was no one inside at the time and no injuries are reported. The situation remains under investigation.
