The Lloydminster Fire Department showed the public some of its tools and skills on Saturday.
The demonstrations took place just south of Lloydminster Honda during Nuffsaid Society Lloydminster's annual car show.
Assistant Fire Chief Kristopher Hill led the demonstrations as members of the LFD used the Jaws of Life to dismantle a car.
Hill explained the process is usually much louder and more chaotic in real-life scenarios. He also noted this was a good opportunity for the public to see what the fire department is capable of.
