Old Balls Nov 21/1945 – May 12/2025 Les is Loved and Remembered by Wife Wendy, Son Parry (Joanne) Stephen, Alana, Ashley; Daughter Raelle (Jodi) Kissick Liam and Piper; Son Darris ( Jill); Brother George (Mary Ellenn); Brother Arnold (Diane Heselwood); Sister Dorothy (Ron) Griffin; Sister Verna (Larry) Pollard. Predeceased by Mother Myrtle and Keith Heselwood, Bill and Betty Gartner, In-Laws Ernest and Phyllis DeLeeuw. Raelle Read “A Limb Has Fallen”. Les’s journey was read by Darris. Pat Bulgin read “He Is Gone”. Lynn Young read a tribute from the owners of the bowling alley. Parry presented a big bag of cheezies to Lynn in case it was Les’s turn to buy. Connie Born and Neice Kyla both spoke memories of Les. Keeping up with Les’s humour “The Night Patty Murphy Died” was played. Thanks to everyone that sent food, flowers and cards. Thanks, Pat for being his good friend. Thanks George, Dot, Ron, Kyla and Laurie for the music, Randy and Brody I am sure Les loved the shining you gave his truck. Drs and nurses at U of A thanks for your care and compassion you showed Les and family. Donations of money was given to STARS. Thanks, Lisa Roehford, for the great job. To Alva and Creech’s thank you for guiding us through this trying time, sure Les loved the pretty nails you gave him. To Parry, Raelle, Darris and all the Grandchildren, you were hurting too but you stood by me in so many ways. Thank you, I love you all.
