RCMP search for missing North Battleford girl, 12

Police are turning to the public for help as they search for a 12-year-old girl who went missing nearly a week ago.

Battlefords RCMP say Zaida Campbell was last seen at McKitrick School on 101 St. in North Battleford on May 26 at about 8 a.m. She was officially reported missing the following day.

Investigators have been checking locations Zaida frequently visits and following up on tips, but have so far been unable to locate her.

Zaida is described as five-foot-two and roughly 190 pounds. She has long brown hair, brown eyes and wears eyeglasses. She was last seen wearing a tan camouflage hoodie and grey sweatpants.

Anyone with information regarding Campbell’s whereabouts is urged to contact Battlefords RCMP at 310-RCMP.
