Lloydminster RCMP issued a second update pertaining to the heavy police presence in the Border City on Nov. 10.

At 4:40 a.m. on Monday, Lloydminster RCMP responded to a report of two gun shot victims who arrived at the local hospital.
Investigation led officers to the crime scene, which was in the 4700 block of 32 St. in Lloydminster.
Both injured victims, who are not co-operating with the investigation, received serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
It is believed this was a targeted incident.
