Vermilion RCMP search for dogs after attack leaves two people injured

Vermilion RCMP is searching for two dogs after an attack that left two people injured at a residence near the airport.

Police say the attack occurred inside the residence, where two dogs bit two individuals before escaping the home. The dogs were last seen in the area of 44 St.

The dogs are described as beige-coloured pit bulls wearing collars.

RCMP is asking residents not to approach the animals and to contact police immediately if they are seen.

The extent of the victims’ injuries has not been released, but police say the injuries are considered serious.
