If you are looking for an event to attend this weekend, choose one of the below. They are all happening within an hour of Lloydminster.
Motocross Event
You are invited to the Sask/Alta. shootout at the Lucas Bachman Memorial Raceway this weekend. Races starts around 9 a.m. with the 85cc bikes.
They are expecting over 300 riders to come and participate. $10 for the weekend, $5 for a day pass to watch. More information can be found here.
Bones Tournament
You can take the short trip to Kitscoty for the 5th annual Lloydminster & Area Brain Injury Society. It will be held at the ball diamonds with registration starting at 9:30 a.m., games start at 10. For more information head over to their Facebook page.
Bike Registry Event
Lloydminster Citizens on Patrol will be holding a bike registry session at Bud Miller Park on Saturday starting at 11 a.m.
Blueberry Festival
You could head on out to St. Walburg this weekend for their annual blueberry festival. This year features over 140 vendors, food trucks, a car show, pancake breakfast and more. Attendance is free to attend. For more information head on over to their social media page.
Goat Yoga
If you’re headed to St. Walburg, you could stop north of Marshall for some Goat Yoga. According to the owner, goats just add a whole lot of fun to an already healthy activity. For more information head over to their page.
