ATB Financial is launching a leader certification program.

The program, in partnership with the University of Alberta, aims to equip ATB leaders with advanced leadership skills.

“Through this revolutionary program, we are treating leadership as a practice at ATB and ensuring our teams are able to navigate what lies ahead with greater confidence and vision.”
According to ATB, the program will help give leaders the skills and knowledge needed for today’s dynamic market.
It offers participants the opportunity to earn a University of Alberta certificate, an industry designation, and post-secondary credits applicable to Master of Business Administration programs.

“Developed in partnership with ATB, the leader certification program is truly differentiated as it provides leaders with an opportunity to further enhance their capabilities.”
ATB has $65.5 billion in assets and has one location in Lloydminster.
