Tabled by the Crown Investments Corporation (CIC) in the Standing Committee on Crown and Central Agencies, the report outlines spending, remuneration, and grants across the province’s subsidiary Crown corporations for the period between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.

Crown procurement totalled $2.1 billion over the fiscal year, with $1.5 billion awarded to Saskatchewan-based suppliers. This included $152 million directed to Indigenous suppliers, marking a $26 million increase from the 2024–25 period.

CIC officials highlighted that the sector continues to maintain the second-lowest utility costs in Canada while supporting local economic development.

The sector distributed more than $35 million in grants, contributions, donations, and sponsorships. Beneficiaries included post-secondary students, community programs, non-profit groups, the STARS air ambulance service, and the sector-wide Indigenous Bursary Program.

Employing more than 11,000 residents, Crown corporations reported total employee remuneration of just over $1.3 billion, an increase of $43.4 million compared to the previous fiscal year.

Under reporting guidelines set by the Standing Committee on Crown and Central Agencies, the transparency document details ministerial and board member expenses, supplier and payee disbursements exceeding $50,000, employee remuneration above $50,000, and grants or donations greater than $5,000.
