Cenovus Energy will be conducting a routine emergency response exercise tomorrow (Oct. 16).
It is a routine exercise in which Cenovus practices its response systems and procedures.
It will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Lloydminster Upgrader Complex 1 Upgrade Rd.
Roadblocks, emergency vehicles and increased site activity will be seen.
There will be signage present in the area to provide public awareness.
