Lloydminster RCMP has laid charges against a 40-year-old woman in connection with a reported assault in the city last month.

Police say they received a report on Dec. 26, 2025, of an assault at a residence in the 4400 block of 46 St. on the Saskatchewan side of Lloydminster.
With assistance from the Lloydminster general investigation section and forensic identification section, officers executed a search warrant at the residence. The investigation identified Amanda Ironstand as a suspect, RCMP said.
Ironstand is charged with assault with a weapon, theft under $5,000 and forcible confinement.
RCMP said attempts to locate Ironstand have been unsuccessful and a warrant has been issued for her arrest.
She is described as having a medium complexion, standing five feet five inches tall and weighing about 166 pounds. Police said she has tattoos on her hands, neck and face.
