For the safety of attendees, staff and the overall enjoyment of the family-friendly activities planned for Winterfest, this year’s event is moving all indoors, as Monday’s forecasted temperature is expected to hit a low of minus 29 Celsius without the wind chill.
All outdoor activities are cancelled.
