Lloydminster’s outdoor six-lane leisure pool is scheduled to open on a drop-in, first-come, first-served basis on Wednesday, June 8, weather permitting.
Located at 4713 57 Ave., the outdoor pool features two waterslides and offers lane swim and public swimming for swimmers of all ages. Weather permitting, the outdoor pool will be open from 4-8:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 12-4 p.m. and 4:30-8:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
All hours are weather permitting and may change without notice. Public washrooms are available.
The tot pool is tentatively scheduled to open June 18 and will be open on weekends from 1-8 p.m. before transitioning to opening daily with the same hours in July and August.
The pool office will be open at 10 a.m. starting June 27. Anyone wanting to purchase a seasonal membership is strongly encouraged to do so during this time. Outdoor pool memberships can also be purchased at the Bioclean Aquatic Centre between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m or during the outdoor pool’s regular hours of operation.
