If you see or hear emergency vehicles north of the Border City this morning it’s due to a multi-agency training exercise taking place at the Lloydminster Airport from 9 a.m. till noon.
Personnel from the City of Lloydminster, the Lloydminster Fire Department, the Lloydminster RCMP, and provincial partners are involved in the half-day exercise.
The community’s safety remains a top priority for all emergency responders. The training exercise may halt if a call for service is received at any time.
After a thorough review of the exercise, an after-action report will be compiled, analyzing the management and response to the training exercise by identifying strengths to be maintained and built upon and potential improvement areas.
