The Bioclean Aquatic Centre is temporarily adjusting its indoor pool operations to accommodate swim events and participants of the upcoming Saskatchewan Summer Games.
The wave pool will be closed from July 18 to Aug 2, reopening with regular hours on Aug 3.
The instructional pool will remain open during regular hours until July 20. It will then close July 21, reopening July 25. Bio Clean Aquatic Centre members can use their memberships to access the Co-op Community Outdoor pool. Members can also request to have their memberships put on hold by emailing memberships@lloydminster.ca.
“The Bioclean Aquatic Centre recognizes these temporary changes may disrupt your routine, but we’re keen to ensure our facilities are utilized to their fullest potential during the 2024 Saskatchewan Summer Games, supporting athletes and contributing to the success of a significant provincial showcase,” said Mary Price, Manager, Bioclean Aquatic Centre.
“Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we play host to a celebration of sport and community spirit. We’re excited to showcase our facilities and city to more than 1,800 athletes and coaches, as well as their families and friends.”
Swimmers can still go to the Co-op Community Outdoor pool and Tot pool during the games. For hours of operation, visit Lloydminster.ca/ODP.
