The City of Lloydminster is reminding property owners that property tax payments are due by July 25.
“Property owners are encouraged to provide payment prior to July 25 to avoid late penalties,” said the City in a press release.
Those that have not received their 2024 tax notice are asked to contact Assessment and Taxation immediately by calling 780-875-6184 Ext. 2124 or emailing taxes@lloydminster.ca to request a copy.
Property taxes provide 44 per cent of the City’s annual operating revenue. Payments can be made in person at City Hall, after-hours payments can be made via cheque using the mail slot inside the west entrance.
Property owners also have the option to pay through their financial institution.
