Get ready to get messy and have fun. The Lloydminster Catholic School Division’s Colour Run is back for 2025.
The event takes place on Saturday, June 7, at 10:30 a.m. and features a 3-kilometre run or walk for all ages and fitness levels. The fun will all take place at Mother Teresa Early Childhood Education Centre.
Runners will pass through the colour zone on each lap where volunteers will throw non-toxic powder at participants’ torsos. The colour zone is optional and easy to skip.
The goal is fun, not speed.
Entry costs is $5.50 for individuals and $15.50 for families.

Organizers encourage people to come early and stay late. Pre and post-race fun include face painting, balloon animals, outdoor games, and temporary tattoos.
This year’s local sponsors, who make the event possible, include Cenovus Cares, Kondro Electric, the Leuong Family, and Horizon Ag and Turf.
