Lloydminster city council has made three appointments to the City of Lloydminster’s public art advisory committee, including two members serving their final term.
The item was presented to council at the Jan. 19 regular council meeting. Administration requested Colleen Hoegl, Otis Rusling and Gwen Mottram be appointed to the committee.
“Otis Rusling and Gwen Mottram have been Committee members for two two-year terms each. Colleen Hoegl has been a committee member for one two-year term,” said Natalie Clysdale, Lloydminster Museum and Archives manager. “The above request is to appoint them to another term, the final term for Otis and Gwen.”
Coun. Jim Taylor was happy to see these appointments.
“I sit on this committee and I’m very happy and supportive that all three members are willing to stick around and keep their knowledge and excitement in this committee for an extended term,” he said.
Council approved Colleen Hoegl, Otis Rusling and Gwen Mottram’s appointments to committee for a term ending Dec. 31, 2027.
