Lloydminster RCMP is asking for the public’s help following a break and enter at a trailer parked outside a local hotel earlier this week.
Police say the incident occurred between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Feb. 25 in the parking lot of a the Central Suite Hotel in downtown Lloydminster. The theft was reported to RCMP at about 11 a.m. the same day.
Investigators say clothing, belts, jewelry and wrestling memorabilia were stolen from the trailer. Most of the items were later recovered in an alley in Lloydminster, but the jewelry remains missing.
The RCMP forensic identification section collected impressions and blood from the scene. The evidence will be sent for further analysis.
Police ask residents and businesses to review surveillance or dash camera footage recorded within a one-block radius of 47 to 50 St. and 50 to 51 Ave. during the early morning hours of Feb. 25.
