Lloydminster RCMP seek suspect in assault with weapon investigation

Lloydminster RCMP is asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect following an alleged assault with a weapon at Superstore liquor store.

Police say officers responded to a report that a woman had been assaulted while attempting to stop a shoplifter on Nov. 20, 2025. According to RCMP, the suspect struck the victim in the face with a wine bottle before fleeing the store.

Officers attended the scene but were unable to locate the suspect. Investigators later obtained CCTV footage as part of the ongoing investigation.

Police are asking anyone who recognizes the individual captured in surveillance images, or who has information about the incident, to contact Lloydminster RCMP at 780-808-8400.
