The Bioclean Aquatic Centre will temporarily close its doors starting Aug. 17 for its annual maintenance program.

The facility is scheduled to undergo a series of repairs, preventative maintenance and upgrades before reopening with regular operating hours on Monday, Sept. 21.
Work scheduled during the five-week closure includes sauna renovations, waterslide refurbishment, universal changeroom door replacements, chlorine room upgrades, tile replacement throughout the building and a full facility deep cleaning.
All active facility memberships will be automatically placed on hold for the duration of the closure.
Swimmers looking for alternative options can use the Co-op Community Outdoor Pool, which remains open until Aug. 31, weather permitting.
