RCMP say two drivers are facing charges after a four-vehicle incident in Lloydminster on Aug. 28.

The incident happened around 6:15 p.m. at the intersection of 62 Ave. and 36 St. RCMP say a pickup truck struck a sedan, causing both vehicles to spin and collide with two other vehicles.
Three vehicles suffered heavy damage and had to be towed. The fourth vehicle had minor damage but was able to leave the scene.
Police ticketed the driver of a black pickup for failing to obey a traffic control device. Officers also charged the driver of the sedan with making an unsafe left turn.
RCMP, the Lloydminster Fire Department and Medavie EMS all responded. Officers collected statements at the scene an did not report any serious injuries.
