Lloydminster RCMP arrested four people on Nov. 21 after they located a loaded firearm in a stolen vehicle parked at the Bank of Montreal.

The investigation led to charges against:
- Kendall Cardinal, 26, Lloydminster
- Norman Chief, 34, Onion Lake
- Kyle Cardinal, 25, Onion Lake
- Dennis Chief, 21, Onion Lake
Charges include:
- Unauthorized possession of a firearm
- Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
- Careless use of a firearm
- Unsafe storage of a firearm
- Possession of a firearm with a tampered serial number
- Possession of property obtained by crime
- Possession of a weapon contrary to an order
All four appeared before a justice of the peace, who released them with conditions. Kyle Cardinal and Norman Chief must appear in Lloydminster Provincial Court on Dec. 9, while Dennis Chief and Kendall Cardinal are scheduled to appear on Dec. 16.
