Vermilion RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance identifying three men after a theft at a local liquor store on Dec. 12.

Police say two of the suspects distracted the store clerk by luring him away from the till, while a third suspect went behind the counter and stole several small bottles of liquor.
As the three males were leaving the store, they allegedly acted aggressively toward the clerk in an effort to further distract him. Police later determined that a full-size bottle of liquor was also stolen during the incident.
The suspects were not known to the clerk and are not believed to be local to Vermilion.
