A planned cheque presentation by Canada Post officials to representatives of the Village of Paradise Hill earlier this week has been temporarily postponed.
Paradise Hill was awarded a $2,310 grant to connect youth through physical activity and recreation development through a Canada Post Community Foundation.
A total of $1.3 million in grants has been awarded this year to 101 organizations across the country.
These grants, raised and distributed within each province and territory by the Foundation, supports these organizations’ efforts to improve the lives of Canadian children and youth.
The new date for the presentation will be announced soon.
