Loetkeman: Leo Lavern Loetkeman was born November 7, 1937, in Linden, AB. Dad passed away at the age of 85, on June 30, 2023, in Maidstone Hospital after a short battle with cancer. He moved with his family to Abbotsford, BC at the age of 15. In January 1962, Dad, together with his parents and younger siblings, moved to Deep Creek Rd., Enderby, BC. On November 10, 1962, Dad went back to Abbotsford to marry Eileen Giesbrecht.
In 1979, we moved to Neilburg, Saskatchewan. He never retired but worked in the family business, L-Con Industries, until his passing.
Missing Dad are his three sons and one daughter: Tracy and Jayne of Neilburg, SK; Galen and Glenda of Hythe, AB; Cathy and Mel Dueck of Neilburg, SK; Evan and Bonita of Neilburg, SK; seventeen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one brother, three sisters, one brother-in-law; of Eileen’s family, four brothers and two sisters.
Dad was predeceased by his wife, his parents, two brothers-in law and one granddaughter.
