Margaret Florence Hay

HAY: Margaret Florence passed away at the Dr. Cook Extended Care Home on Monday July 10, 2023 at the age of 96 years. Margaret was survived by her children; Linda Prince and her daughter Michelle Nicholet her children Alicia (Shane) Belliveau and their children Alexis and Jaxson, Kayla (Josh) Holbien and their children Haiden and Scarlet, Cole Nicholet and his partner Karley, Connor and Jayden Friesen; her second daughter Carol (Eric) Simpson and son Heath; Glenn Hay and partner Gail and his children Diana and partner Josh and her children Chasetin and Brooklyn Hay and step children Haley and Avery, Justin Hay, Amanda (Justin) Vallier and their children Carson, Hannah and Mason; her youngest daughter Sharlene (Phil) Arseneau and her children Micheal Wilson and Nina (Chris) Bemister and their children Mason and Olivia. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Norman, her parents George and Clara Hiar, her siblings and their spouses; Dorothy (George) Pewtress, Alice (Trevor) Code and Melvin (Florence) Hiar. Nephews Laurie and Daryl Pewtress and son-in-law Elis Prince. The Celebration of Life for Margaret was held at McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, AB on July 28, 2023 with Darlene Samin officiating. Donations in memory of Margaret may be made to the donor’s charity of choice. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements.
