Mid-afternoon July 17, the Lloydminster RCMP made a roadside stop on Highway 17 southbound which resulted in two individuals being detained.
Four RCMP vehicles and multiple officers were in attendance as two individuals were placed in handcuffs and escorted to waiting police vehicles.
The officers appeared to be searching the vehicle in question and also removed the licence plates.
