The 118th Vermilion Fair, put on by the Vermilion Ag Society, officially kicked off on July 25 as a colourful collection of floats made their way through town.
The theme for this year’s Vermilion Fair parade, Field of Dreams, set the tone for a weekend of fun that wraps up with a fireworks display on Saturday night and a Sunday-morning church service.
Things got started early this morning with heavy horse and Jr. equine shows at 8 a.m. and lawnmower races at 12:30 p.m. Tonight’s grandstand show features Tracy Millar – My Roots are Showing, and Jordyn Pollard and
The Dirt Rich Band will be rocking the beer gardens.
Saturday night’s grandstand show will feature Trevor Panczak and the beer gardens will once again see Jordyn Pollard and The Dirt Rich Band. Click here for a full schedule of this weekend’s events.
Daily gate passes are $10 or $20 for a three-day pass. Kids six and under are free.
