Battlefords RCMP responded to a fatal two-vehicle collision on Highway 4 roughly eight kms north of North Battleford on Nov. 22 at 6:30 p.m.
A car and a truck collided, resulting in the deaths of the car’s driver and passenger. EMS declared both deceased at the scene. They were a 35-year-old man from North Battleford and a 35-year-old woman from Douglas, Sask. Their families have been notified.
Meanwhile, the truck’s driver, the sole occupant, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital by EMS.
Battlefords RCMP and a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist are continuing the investigation.
