What started as a simple disturbance call for RCMP in Prince Albert ended with a Taser and three arrests.
Just after midnight on April 12, officers responded to a fight outside a business on Highway 2.

According to RCMP, two men were reportedly arguing, then drove off together in a vehicle. Police found and stopped the vehicle shortly after. They detained the driver to check for signs of impairment.
RCMP say that a passenger jumped into the driver’s seat and tried to take off. However, officers stopped him before he could drive away. The passenger exited the vehicle and began assaulting the officers while resisting arrest.
Officers deployed a conducted energy device and arrested him. Police say he gave them a false name. Additionally, he had outstanding warrants as well.
Police identified him as Jonathon Mah, 39, from Weldon. Mah faces six charges, including assault and obstruction.
Mah appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court April 14.
RCMP arrested two other passengers on outstanding warrants.
The original driver received a ticket for driving while unauthorized. Police released him without further charges.
The investigation into the incident continues.
