The Border Town H.O.G. (Harley Owner’s Group) Chapter is kicking off its fundraising season with its annual Steak Night in support of the upcoming Bordertown Toy Run.

Set for June 12 and 13 at the Canadian Brewhouse in Lloydminster, the dinner brings the community together over good food. It also serves as an early reminder of the group’s 14th annual toy run, scheduled for Sept. 13.

“This is kind of a kickoff and reminder that the Toy Run’s coming up,” said Murray Getty, director of Border Town H.O.G.S. “We’ve always done a steak night in June. It’s our way of launching the riding season and raising money early on.”

Tickets are $40 and includes a $7.50 credit for the Canadian Brewhouse. All proceeds go directly to the toy run, helping local families by collecting toys and funds for those in need during the holidays.

Last year’s toy run raised over $95,000, a record Getty says they hope to surpass in 2025.

“We’re always looking to raise more,” said Getty. “We’re off to a good start already this year.”

Contact Elias Bulhoes, Murray Getty, Chris Leibel or Chris Ketchum for tickets, purchase them at Addilynn Clothes & Accessories, or reach out to the Border Town H.O.G chapter on Facebook.

Supporters can also find details about sponsorship opportunities and how to get involved on the page.

The organization welcome riders of all kinds to join the toy run in September.
