Prince Albert RCMP investigating shooting

Prince Albert RCMP is investigating an early-morning shooting at a residence in the community of Little Red River.

At about 2:15 a.m. at Sept. 9, Prince Albert RCMP responded to reports of a shooting and determined an altercation occurred between a group of people.

A firearm was discharged, striking an injuring one adult male, who was transported to hospital was serious injuries.

RCMP arrested three individuals at the residence. The investigation continues and no charges have been laid at this time.

The victim’s pick-up truck was also stolen after the shooting. RCMP continue to search for a white 2024 Chevrolet Silverado with Saskatchewan license plate 287 NHJ.
