The convenience store chain 7-Eleven is expected to close 645 stores this year, including one location in Lloydminster.
The location on the east side of Lloydminster at 4702 44 St. will be closing at the end of April.
Documents filed by Seven & I Holdings Co. Ltd., reveal the companies plan to shutter the over 600 stores this year.
The other two locations in Lloydminster will remain open.
