On the afternoon of Sept. 20, officers received a report of individuals hunting within 500 metres of an occupied building on Range Road 3260.

Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and saw a south-facing grey or black Dodge pickup truck parked on the road. Two men wearing hip waders were seen retrieving waterfowl from a nearby body of water before putting the birds into the truck bed and driving away.

The first individual is described as wearing a dark ball cap, a black shirt with a white emblem on the front, and hip waders. The second individual was wearing a light-coloured ball cap, a light-coloured hoodie, and dark hip waders.

Anyone with information regarding the individuals or the vehicle is asked to contact the Turn in Poachers and Polluters (TIPP) line at 1-800-667-7561 or submit a report online at saskatchewan.ca/TIPP. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward through the SaskTIP Reward Program.
