Eligible voters in the Border City will soon begin the process of electing a new city councillor. The advance poll for the February by-election is set to open in under a week’s time.
Advance polls provide residents with an alternative date to cast their ballot if that is more convenient. The City of Lloydminster encourages voters to cast their vote at whichever poll best fits their schedule.
This is an important opportunity for residents to have their voices heard and play an active role in shaping the future of their city. The City encourages all eligible voters to take advantage of the advance poll to ensure that their vote is counted.

Election Day
Voting will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 13 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the polling location listed below. The Returning Officer will declare the official results at City Hall the following day at noon.
