The Saskatchewan Lotteries Community Grant Program helps local non-profit groups provide sports, culture, and recreation programs to residents of all ages and backgrounds. Funded through a partnership with Sask Sport Inc., SaskCulture Inc., and the Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association Inc., the program supports communities across Saskatchewan in setting their priorities for sport, culture, and recreation. Meanwhile, the goal is to make these activities accessible to people of all ages, backgrounds, income levels, and abilities. Additionally, all groups receiving funds must ensure their projects are accurately reported and accounted for.
Those needing assistance with their application are advised to schedule an appointment with the Community Services Department at least two weeks before the deadline. Appointments can be scheduled by emailing fcss@lloydminster.ca.
