Lloyd RCMP investigate shots fired

Nearly two weeks after an RCMP standoff brought four people into custody, police once again shut down sections of 45 Ave.

According to RCMP public information officials, at approximately 9:20 p.m. on June 17, officers responded to the area for reports of shots fired.

The report stated the shots came from a grey SUV. Police tape and vehicles blocked 46 Ave. for some time.

Officers canvassed the neighbourhood, however, the investigation is still ongoing.
