Kitscoty RCMP reported a response to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 16 eastbound, just past Range Road 20 at 8:27 p.m. on Jan. 27.
Police say the eastbound lanes of the highway are closed at Range Road 20 while officers remain on scene. Motorists are being asked to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
No further details were immediately available. An update is expected once the highway reopens or as more information is released.
