The Servus Sports Centre was hoppin’ on Saturday as hundreds of shoppers visited the city’s indoor garage sale.
Dozens of tables filled the field house with household items, clothing, toys and antiques.
The event, operated by the City of Lloydminster, ran from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Families, collectors and casual browsers made their way through the space. Foot traffic, although slow at times, was steady throughout the day.
Shoppers searched for deals and hidden treasures. Sellers greeted, conversed with and sold their extra stuff to attendees. One child even weaved between booths on heelys, looking at all the merchandise on sale.
A few of the vendors said they liked the indoor set-up. It kept everyone dry and comfortable despite the outside weather. Tables overflowed with boxes, bins and neatly stacked goods.
The annual event, put on by the city, allowed someone’s junk to become someone else’s treasure.
