LUNDQUIST: Frances Irene Lundquist passed away peacefully in the Lloydminster Hospital on April 27, 2025, at the age of 93. She is survived by: son, Dwayne (Deb) Lundquist and daughter, Lois Sonnega (Gord Redden); four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren – Ryan (Tricia), Benson & Kynlee Lundquist; Cory (Kristi), Connor & Brayleigh Lundquist; Kristin (Ryan), Carter & Cali Gillen; Kimberly Sonnega (Michael Gomes); two sisters, Pat (Bob) Bullock and Jacquie (Frank) Schmitt, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Lennart, her parents, Cliff & Verna Newsted, and her parents-in-law, Anton & Agnes Lundquist. A Celebration of Life was held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Grace United Church in Lloydminster. If you were unable to attend in person, you may view the live streaming of the service through the McCaw’s Funeral Services website. Donations may be made to Grace United Church or the charity of the donor’s choice. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements.
