The Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) is planning flybys throughout the country to celebrate Canada Day on July 1. Two CF-18 Hornets are scheduled to fly over Lloydminster.

“The aircraft will fly at a minimum altitude of 500 feet above the highest obstacle along their flight path. Flybys are carefully planned and closely controlled for public safety and are dependent upon weather and flying conditions,” said the RCAF is a June 30 press release.
The Meridian Source reached out to RCAF public affairs for more details on the flights. A specific time for Lloydminster’s flyby, however, could not be provided as flights are weather dependent.
The jets will be flying over Cold Lake, Lloydminster and Spruce Grove.

I’m excited to see Canada except the swedish jazz 39 Griffins! Will construct them here! Sure will have to take the bloated overpriced f-35s, that will sit on the ground half the time cuz they’re too expensive to operate. Did you know that the f-35 will take 5 hours to do the cold like patrol? It will require mid-air refueling? On every patrol across Canada! Finland has found it so expensive and so is Norway most of their f-35 sit on the ground half the time or more they fly a few times a week maybe. If we start building the jazz 39 Griffin not only will we get tech jobs will also get manufacturing jobs we can put it in Manitoba or Calgary! Since Mark Carney is destroying our economy with shadow carbon taxes maybe we could have little enclaves of financial success. As the Liberals are desperately trying to destroy the country! I cannot believe the population thinking that Mark Carney is anything but a economic hitman here to destroy Canada. That’s because they’re not intelligent anymore.
