New community calendar: There’s lots to do in Lloydminster

If you’re looking for family fun in the community in the next month, there’s lots of options!

ONGOING

  • Bingo at Moose Lodge: Bingo is back every Monday and Wednesday evening. Doors open at 5 p.m.; play starts at 7 p.m. Must be 18+ to play.
  • Southridge Playschool Registration: Now open for the Fall 2026-27 term (ages 3-5). One day a week is covered by the government affordability grant; two days a week is $325 for the full term. Contact Mrs. Shandy at so******************@***il.com or via Facebook.

MAY EVENTS

  • May 3: Potters’ Guild Annual Spring Sale Visit the Lloydminster Museum and Archives from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to shop the region’s largest selection of handcrafted pottery and meet local artisans.
  • May 9: The Kenny Mac Band at Cheers Live Catch the band (featuring the Source’s own Taylor Weaver on drums!) at 9:30 p.m. for a night of country, classic rock, and originals. Tickets are $10 at the door.
  • May 14: Kelly Taylor and Friends! Comedian Kelly Taylor performs at the Vic Juba Community Theatre in support of the Lloydminster Xtreme Jr. Lacrosse Club.
  • May 27: Straight to the Groove A high-energy performance at the Vic Juba Community Theatre starting at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $28.57, available online or at the box office.

JUNE EVENTS

  • June 20: Just Kruzin’ Annual Show & Shine Join the Just Kruzin’ Specialty Vehicle Club at the Cenovus Energy Hub. Registration begins at 9 a.m., with the show running from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
