This year marked the fourth time the mall has hosted the event, which has quickly become a seasonal favourite for local families. All 250 available spots were filled, meeting capacity and delighting mall organizers.
“We were very pleased with the turnout,” said Janelle Tebay, LloydMall marketing, noting the strong registration numbers and enthusiasm from families.

Five treat stations were set up throughout the mall, each staffed by volunteers handing out candy and small toys to costumed participants. Storefronts and retailers along the parade route also contributed to the festive atmosphere.
Organizers said feedback from parents, community members and retailers was once again overwhelmingly positive.
“Each year, our Halloween Trick-or-Treat Parade reminds us how special this community is. Our retailers, families and little trick-or-treaters come together to create a safe, welcoming space where everyone can celebrate and feel connected,” said Tebay.
While plans for next year are still being finalized, LloydMall says they are open to hosting the parade again.
