The Lloydminster RCMP is requesting public assistance in locating 18-year-old Victor Mendez. Mendez was last seen on April 11 in Lloydminster. Mendez is believed to be in the area of Lloydminster and his family is concerned for his well being.
Mendez is described as:
- 5’10”
- 135 pounds
- Brown hair
- Brown eyes
