Frances survived by her children: Carol (Dan) Gaudet and grandchildren: Carrie (Darrel) Stewart, Dawn (and late husband Darren) Bland; Calvin (Robyn) Nickless and grandchildren: Tambri (Marcus) Torresan, Levi Nickless, Kiera (Thibaut) Grosbois and Sheryl (Albert) Hillaby and grandchildren: Olen (Nicole) Hillaby and Mason (Laura) Hillaby and five great grandsons and two great granddaughters. Frances was predeceased by her loving husband Victor Nickless and her parents Hubert and Lily Gould and brothers Sydney and Jim Gould. Funeral service was conducted from McCaw chapel on March 8, 2024 and recording of the service is posted on McCaw Funeral Service website. Frances was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and friend to everyone. She classified each and every day a BLESSING and made the most of every situation. Her small stature and quiet demeanor was a veil to her strong, purposeful, and funny personality. Her love of reading, drawing and family history has been inspirational. She instilled upon her children and grand children the ethic of hard work, loving, caring and making the most with little. Card of Thanks We would like to take this opportunity to THANK: Brett McCaw and McCaw Funeral Services for their caring professionalism – especially during a difficult time of sorrow. Rev. Cathy Kinsman for giving us an unforgettable moment of our beautiful blue-eyed mother and a stellar service in her honor. Brenda Ellison, Adrienne Christopherson and Pam Rollheiser for your beautiful music and the UCW ladies for a wonderful job at the luncheon. Many thanks to all our Family and Friends for their text messages, phone calls, visits and flowers. “Every Day is A Blessing” Sincerely, Carol, Calvin, Sheryl and Families
