The 4th annual Marsden Fall Street Festival returned again drawing large crowds to the town.
The event took place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 7.
It included over 100 vendors and live entertainment. Featuring a car show, dunk tank, bouncy castle, food trucks and more. Live entertainment for the event included, Ernestine Hatpin, Prairie Dogs, Glenn Hagal, Rupert Appleyard balloon man who was also wandering the event making balloons for kids and Amanda Koopa
Tracy Kurtz, organizer of the festival says the event started as a little dream.
"When we first started this festival four years ago it was a little dream we had, when we first started this we started with 65 vendors and now we have over 100," she explains. "The main objective is to bring people to the community, money raised goes to Marsden Community Hall."
The festival attracts vendors from far outside of the surrounding area.
"We have vendors as far as Prince Albert, some from Edmonton, we cover a big area of vendors when they come out," said Kurtz.
She says planning for the next fall festival is already underway.
